Show Notes: #008 Meadowlands: A talk between David Hua and Monica Gray

We discuss cannabis and parenting, the supply chain, and building the legal cannabis industry

Listen to episode #008 of the Not Your Average Nice Guys Podcast by clicking play on the widget below. In todays episode we talk about cannabis and parenting, aspects of the supply chain, challenges cannabis license holders have faced since legalization in 2018, and much more.

Welcome to episode 008 of the Not Your Average Nice Guys Podcast, where it is our goal to remove the fear out of marijuana and educate our listeners on the validated benefits of cannabis for health and society.

This episode features a conversation between Meadow CEO & Co-Founder, David Hua, myself, and Monica Gray, who is COO & Co-Founder of Nice Guys Delivery and Distribution.

Both David and Monica are parent's too young children while also owning and operating legal cannabis businesses. You'll hear them talk about what that experience has been like for them and their families while drawing a lot of similarities between owning a cannabis business and being a parent.

We talk about different aspects of the supply chain, and also how cannabis is a sort of magnet for some really incredible people.

Our conversation takes place at Camp Navarro in Mendocino for the 2nd Annual Meadowlands Event. Meadowlands is an annual retreat designed to build a united and collaborative cannabis community. I really enjoyed it because we were surrounded by giant Redwoods and were left without service. It was a really wonderful time connecting with friends, new and old, from within the cannabis industry.
